Summary description:
|
| More than 80 localities with underground fresh high quality water were observed within the territory of the Republic of Belarus. This water satisfies the European Standards and could be bottled without clearing.
Within all regions of the Republic selected were selected such local parts of entrails for to create enterprises for mining and bottling of the high quality water. |

Progress Status:
|
| Ground areas were selected within the whole territory of the Republic of Belarus including the Minsk Region where there are reserves in entrails of drinking water of the high quality. Some companies of different forms of ownership already have various degrees of readiness and wish to create joint ventures on bottling thee high quality drinking water in of such sites.
Now we developed the typical business plan according to the international principles to create an enterprise for mining and bottling of the high quality drinking water with a capacity up to 100 thousand tons of bottled waters in a year.

Project Description:
|
| At the first stage the project includes drilling of a borehole and a creation of an enterprise for mining and bottling of the drinking water by 18.9 and 5.0 liters of volume. The total capacity at the two-shift operation will amount to 35 thousand tons of water per year, with a delivery up to 65% of the production for export. At the first stage the at total investments of $US 12.54 million pure working capital will comprise $US 1.94.
An expansion of the acting enterprise begins since the fifth year of its work, from drilling of the second borehole, additional construction of objects and the organization of drinking water bottling in bottles of 1.5 liters. A total capacity at the second stage at the two-shift operation will amount 32 million liters of water per year, with the supply to 71% of the production for export.
The complex of the organizational and technical actions on the creation of the enterprise for bottling of the drinking water at two-shift operation and total productivity around to 67 thousand tons of water per year is planned to realize during 7 years.

Environmental impact summary:
|
| The planned production is ecologically clean. On the production it is planned to introduce environmental management systems (EMS).
|
| A7.
Possible obstacles/ problems/ risk assessment:
|
| The bottled water production is an expensive project with a long payback period. This requires careful consideration of everything, even improbable risks, and developing of an anti-crisis plan. External Risks: A stagnation of the market or a reduction of the bottled water consumption.
Toughening of competitiveness or an offer increase. Unequal competitive environments.
A decrease of drinking water supplies, deteriorating environmental situation and the growth of incomes of the population will contribute to the bottled water production. A growth of the Russian market, which doubles every 4 years, will be observed still for a long time. The Belarus market follows for Russian one with a delayed for 4-5 years. Despite the world economic crises influenced a reduction of the population income in Countries of Europe and Americas and people start to reduce a purchase of bottled water consumption, the production market of bottled water grows at the expense of Asia, Africa and the Eastern Europe The world market for bottled water shows an annual increase of 20%. It is very important to produce the natural drinking water of the high quality.
The analysis of possible risks under the project, probability of their approach and measures for their prevention and minimization is evaluated by the business plan in the «average-low» category.
