Project Description:
|
| Modernization involves replacing the existing drying installation in a more productive, which will revise the dry food and 500 tons of milk per day. This prevents development of casein on the branches and, consequently, eliminates the problem of processing casein whey.
The second dryer is planned to refocus on drying cheese whey.
Realization of the project lets to introduce advanced technology in handling and processing of milk; master production of instant milk; increase the competitiveness and quality of dry milk products, as well as to build up export potential.
Entering the assets of the project is scheduled for the end of December 2010.
Source of financing – bank loans, foreign credit line.
The final project cost will be determined after choosing a supplier of equipment, the cost of design and estimate documentation and the cost of construction and installation works.

| PUE «Kalinkovichsky milk complex» - one of the largest refineries, not only in the Gomel region, but also in the Republic of Belarus. Milk processing capacity is 475 tons per shift. The company focuses on production of dry food and oil. Produced whole milk products.
There are 2 systems of quality:
- Quality Management System according to STB ISO 9001-2009,
- HACCP system in accordance with the requirements of STB 1470-2004
