Project Description:
|
| The construction workshop 1800 m²2 area. To fulfill the project construction of abattoir workshop it is needed to purchase and to install a complex line for butcher hogs with a capacity of 80 heads/hour and for beeves with a capacity of 40-50 heads/hour; 2 lines for processing casing material; equipment for fat district and for district of processing offals. Construction of abattoir workshop will allow increase the processing volume, to improve the quality of output, to extend the productivity of labour, to reduce rejection of harmful substances in the atmosphere and to economize energy resources.

| In 2002 the enterprise was reorganized in JSC. The state property in the authorized fund is 95,99%.
Production capacities process more than 10000 ton of cattle per year, produce more than 5000 ton of sausages and more than 3000 ton of meat half-prepared products.
The assortment of output is more than 350 kinds of sausages, smoked foods and meat half-prepared products. The output quality satisfies modern requirements. The system of quality management is certified to correspondence to STB ISO 9001-2001. Production will be sold in the domestic and foreign markets.
