Project Description:

| The specified platform has rather favourable site as settles down in city centre, is provided by convenient access roads, including emergency transport. Consists of the office, industrial and warehouse premise. The total area territory makes - 5370 m2, height of industrial premises – 7 m, household premise – 2,8 m includes: 1. Three floor industrial-administrative case: total area – 4829 m2, building volume – 30181 m3, building area – 2931 m2:
- ground floor – 2494.79 m2 from them:
–3 warehouse: total area – 121,86 m2;
– 6 offices: total area - 144,8 m2;
– 10 premises of industrial appointment: total area - 1714,06 m2;
– 7 pantries: total area - 49,5 m2;
– buffet: total area - 83,19 m2;
– washing: total area - 11,2 m2;
- second floor: total area – 627.94 m2 from them:
– 13 offices: total area - 328,4 m2;
– 7 pantries: total area - 35,4 m2;
– household premises (clothes, shower): total area - 111,34 m2;
- third floor: total area – 1601,02 m2 from them: – 3 warehouse: total area – 128,16 m2;

2. Warehouses and garages building. Total area – 510 m2 , volume – 4 004 m3, the building area – 481 m2 includes:

3. Warehouse of the general using, one-storeyed building. Total area – 31 m2, volume – 111 m3 , the building area – 40 m2 (walls from brick; overlappings – ferro-concrete plates; roof is combined rolled; external and internal furnish of walls – plaster, colouring; electric lighting – the latent conducting; ventilation – natural).
4. The territory object: – open area, territory fence – concrete plates; the covering on territory – asphalt; the is a roadway crane with basic load-carrying capacity 5 ton. Platform protection – metal lattice on metal columns; the covering – asphalt.
The object corresponds to the state norms, rules, standards, and also specifications and the requirements which have been given out by bodies of supervision control.
