Progress Status:

| Total stocks of «Oranchitskoye» deposit minerals are explored and counted up. The stocks of clays ready for commercial exploitation are handed over to the balance of PbJtStCo «Pruzhany Building Material Plant».
Laboratory and semi-factory tests are conducted for clay raw materials and thinning sand, which according to the conclusion are suitable as raw materials for production of hollow and solid face bricks of ceramic grade М 150 and higher and with the frost-resistance F 35 cycles and more, as well as ceramic porous blocks of М 75 grade with the voidage up to 50 % and minimum thermal conductivity. The manufacturing order is made for designing a walling production line. A technical and economic programme is worked out for manufacturing equipment purchases.

| Construction of a new highly asutomated ceramic face brick production plant with the productive capacity 30 mln conventional bricks a year. Planned assortment: ceramic face brick (brick dimensions - 250х120х65mm); hollow ceramic face brick with the voidage - 27% (brick dimensions - 250х120х65mm); porous ceramic block with the voidage 40÷50%, bulk density up to 1000kg/ m³, dimensions - 510х250х219(138) mm, 380х250х219 (138) mm – (slot-ridge). A plant construction site is chosen in immediate proximity to Oranchitsy railway station and is situated 7,5 km from the deposit.

| In 2007-2008 the clay raw materials and thinning sand of the Northern part of «Oranchitskoye» clay raw material deposit, Pruzhany district, Brest region were explored in detail. The total stocks of explored and counted up minerals make up 32 mln. m³. The stocks of clays ready for commercial exploitation are handed over to the balance of PbJtStCo «Pruzhany Building Material Plant» make up 1955 thousand m³ and 231 thousand m³ of thinning sand, which will ensure operation of a plant with the productive capacity 30 mln. pieces during 27 years.
