Project Description:
|
| The project includes:
- development of design estimate documentation for motor cars and trucks repair and maintenance center;
- carrying out of necessary construction work;
- acquisition of vehicle computer-aided diagnostic equipment, a brake tester, hoisting equipment, etc., necessary labour protective equipment (ventilating equipment, exhaust gas extraction systems, heating reconstruction in a building);
- acquisition of 15 refrigerated light-duty trucks GAZ-3307;
- acquiring of 6 refrigerated road trains of the European production.
An investor’s participation in the project realization implies additional issue of shares, passing the share in the authorized fund not less than 51% to the investor.

| The truck fleet was founded to satisfy cargo transportation needs of trading and catering organizations of Mogilev and Mogilev region in 1955. It was reorganized into Open Joint-Stock Company «Autopark №4» in 1996. Now the truck fleet carries out international cargo transportation. There are 82 trucks in the truck fleet: 35 heavy trucks (Iveco, MAN, MAZ) with tautliners, which carry out transportation of goods to/from Europe, to/from Russia, in Belarus; other trucks perform transportation of foodstuffs within Mogilev and the region. The state has no share in the stock capital.
