Progress Status:

| Storehouses of toxic industrial wastes are put into operation, that enables to make accumulation of dangerous waste with observance of the established security measures. At the enterprise all engineering infrastructure necessary for normal work of installations on processing rubber and thermal neutralization of toxic waste is created (gas, water supply, electrosupply, access motorways is brought). The process of accumulation of waste is begun. Technico-economic basing has been developed.

Project Description:

| One of installations planned to input is installation on processing rubber waste. By means of this installation it will be possible to receive import substitution production - building, waterproofing, anticorrosive mastics.
By means of installation on thermal recycling and neutralization of waste neutralization of following kinds of waste will be made: unsuitable pesticides, proof organic pollution, dangerous organic and inorganic industrial wastes. Reception of production from neutralization of waste will be depend on type of installation.
According to the developed business-plan:
- cost of the project with installation on processing rubber waste makes 6,6 mln.USD
- internal norm of profitableness 16%
- index profitability of investments 1,36
- dynamic time recovery of outlay investments 5,2 years
- level profitability of manufacture 36%. The status of nature protection object assumes the state support and privileges at the taxation.

| The enterprise is unique, not having analogues in the Rebublic of Belarus.
Now in territory of a complex on time storage is more than 3 thousand tons of rubble waste. Creation of installation is caused by necessity of recycling escalating volumes of the fulfilled automobile tires.
